My Life Purpose

There is not a doubt in my mind that I found my life purpose because of Whitney McNeill, owner of Messenger of Spirit. The psychic the massage therapist recommended.

I had no idea the day I joined her general Facebook group, I took the first step towards it.

When I reached out to her, I was a shell of a woman. I didn’t know which end was up or the direction I was going.

My story is nothing short of amazing. After joining Whitney’s Facebook group, I attended a virtual 3-day Intuitive Languages Challenge. I didn’t know what the hell it was all about but, Spirit told me to do it.

At the end of the challenge, I had more questions than when I started. Those questions led me to join a year-long course called 4-Intuitive Languages, plus we were given tools to find our life purpose and learned about chakras, aura bubbles, clearing blocks, manifesting, living a life of abundance, and more.

For the first time in years, I had hope. I knew I was where God intended me to be.

The road to finding my life purpose turned out to be convoluted, twisted, upside down, right-side up, sideways, and every other way you can imagine. Some call it insane, but I call it miraculous.

Here’s why, during the Intuitive Languages course work in 2019, I cleared a lot of blocks that were causing fear and prohibiting me from healing and moving forward.

That resulted in multiple epiphanies. The first being Spirits visiting me as they had when I was 5-years old. The day after my grandmother passed away, I saw her in my mind’s eye and felt her presence beside my bed. The second, I began receiving channeled messages as I had as a teenager and young adult. It’s knowing, without an explanation of how. Like the night my cousin was tragically killed in a dune buggy accident. Hours before being told the news, I knew something horrible had happened. Third, being empathic, absorbing other people’s energy without knowing it. I presented as an emotional freak, happy one second and morose the next. You can imagine, being around a lot of people magnified this behavior. Whitney taught me how to turn this gift into a superpower. Fourth, I became a person who knows what she likes and what she doesn’t. The result was severing relationships that no longer served my new thoughts, beliefs, and life.

At the end of 2019, our group had progressed in our spiritual journey to the point we no longer asked, “What the f&%$ is wrong with me?” We were on our way to spiritual heights we never dreamed possible.

In 2020, I continued to work with Whitney as a member of Aligned. This group is geared towards fine-tuning spiritual gifts, finding your purpose, and manifesting a life of abundance.

All the work paid off when on that March morning, I heard Spirit say, “Pack your SHIT! You’re moving to Florida today!” I not only listened but acted accordingly. I’ve had friends and family say, “I thought you lost your mind when you told me you were on the road to Florida. Only a crazy person packs up and moves on a whim.” I laughed. It was far from a whim. God had a plan. It was on the drive down that God said, “You’re going to write a memoir telling the world about your life transformation journey.” I had been getting messages for months about writing and never dreamed that my life purpose would be to tell the world about my journey. “I don’t know how to write a memoir,” I said. God replied, “Google it” So, I did! The idea was funny because it was a signed contract with a large central Florida modeling agency that took me to Florida. One thing this journey has taught me, not to be tied to outcomes and always be flexible.

After spending half an hour researching the components of a great memoir, the writing began. It’s a work in progress.

Another message came in January 2021 while I was in North Carolina with Katelyn. I was unpacking a box when I heard, “You’re going to develop a website, start a blog and give spiritual readings to people looking to find their life purpose. Also, you’ll let people know that you can assist souls in crossing over.” I asked, “Uh, what is soul crossing called?” (LOL) The answer to that question came last week, Soul Midwife. A momentary feeling of fear turned to excitement.

It was October of 2021 when God introduced me to Soul Midwifery. Dawn Lauren Anderson  a friend from Aligned texted me late one evening to say, “About 15 souls just arrived at my house. They want to cross over. I don’t know how to help them, and I don’t want them here. Without hesitation, I heard myself say, “Send them to me.” Whoa! What in the world was I saying? I didn’t know any more than Dawn did. Spirit had spoken on my behalf.

That began the beautiful work of Soul Midwifery which is the coolest thing I’ve ever done. I love it so much.

Katelyn walked into the room to find me standing staring into space, smiling. She chuckled and asked, “Did you receive another message?” I shook my head and laughed. She’s one of the few in my peep circle that knows the story of my journey. I looked at her and said, “Yes. It’s crazier than becoming an author. Spirit said, “Create a website, start a blog and give spiritual readings to people seeking direction or their life purpose.” She asked, “Are you still writing your memoir?” “Yes, most definitely,” I said.

It took 40 years, but I finally have the answer to the question. I am so blessed for the gifts that have been bestowed upon me. It is exciting and humbling to be able to help others on their journey.
